Plethora of Thoughts… (p.s. hello world)

Hi dazzling, dazed, dank and delicious humankind, friends, aliens and beasts alike!

How are you as a collective species – as well as individuals?

I hope YOU (I’m talking to YOU right now) are going through a good patch, where the pumpkins are robust enough to make delicious hearty soup.

I’ve had the flu all week, and let me tell you, it’s a mean spirited jerk. Not a friend but a foe. Its jokes suck too!

Anyway, my thoughts, if you care to read:

(this is my opinion of course, no one has to agree. You may see things a little differently, please listen to your own thoughts- be they opposing to mine or not, that’s perfectly ok👌)

‘Too much of a good thing can become a bad thing.’

We need to integrate our light and our darkness to be more of ourselves.

Some of us, – most of us, (especially if we grew up with religion) are so conditioned to think we need to eradicate the ‘bad’ ‘dark’ and ‘unacceptable’ part of ourselves, that we should be holy and pure (especially as a woman), and that any shade of grey should be repressed, or repented of, and that we should feel remorseful of such inclinations/desires/appetites or impulses.

Most of these would be a multitude of subconscious pictures that have been programmed into us since birth, that tell us a thousand stories of the damage and destruction we are creating, (if we are not being perfect and pure 😇) along with damnation (in religion as a control mechanism), but it’s happening all around us, everywhere.

It’s not always easy to be savvy and discerning in such a twisted world.

We are not always ‘aware’ of the coils of deception we all face every day.

Of course, we are smart too, this is not to diminish any of us one tiny bit, just taking a spotlight to some less obvious perspectives.

We are dual beings.

One can only know the light as opposed to darkness.

And sometimes darkness is a channel for the revelation of truth to come through.

That’s why it’s important to feel and listen openly without judgement to our own longings. We are not evil, so long as the intent is to ‘do no harm – to thyself or others.’

And to be aware of that in action and word.

Exploring our whole self is in fact, exploring our wholeness.

And how can we heal what we’re insistent on hiding – even from ourselves?

Eventually it will come out, and if repressed, that’s when the darkness will go wrong, sometimes terrifyingly wrong.

It’s why there is so much corruption in our world – politically, spiritually, in world religions, in the police force and in law, in academia, in business, in families and relationships – in every fucking thing that there is!!

Sometimes the darkness is safer and much more authentic and honest than the light, when it’s allowed to be seen, acknowledged, and to just breathe out its truth….

What truly is justice and truth? It’s so complicated and complex, and not all is as it seems on the surface, of course.‘

Hmm… just a snap shot. So much more I could keep prattling on about, so I’ll just zip it for now.

Just sharing some of the plethora of endless thoughts firing my synapses – right now and always.

Anyway, off to get pho 🍲 now.

Peace world. ☮️🕊️
